Image Acquisition Resource Mapping -- Remote Sensing and GIS for Conservation

Image Resolution

Resolution options range from 5 centimeters per pixel to 2 meters per pixel.

The Geospatial multispectral camera’s 3-CCD sensors, mounted in perfect registration to each other, provide spatial and spectral resolution superior to any other digital camera system at the same centimeter-per-pixel resolution. Our natural color camera has a three times higher initial resolution, covering larger areas more efficiently, but it uses a single sensor that interpolates its color between pixels.
